Attorney Bio
For over a decade, Attorney Gotlieb has been practicing exclusively in the areas of domestic and international estate planning and estate administration. He has focused on assisting his clients in making sure that their assets are distributed in accordance with their wishes, while minimizing their tax liability.
Additionally, Attorney Gotlieb represents buyers and sellers in their real estate dealings. Furthermore, we can serve in the role as title and closing agent for real estate transactions throughout Florida.
Attorney Gotlieb graduated from Yeshiva University, receiving a B.A. in Economics. He received his J.D. from Touro Law Center in New York, as well as an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Miami School of Law. Attorney Gotlieb is admitted to the Florida Bar and is a member of the Real Property and Probate section of the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the international organization S.T.E.P. (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
Attorney Gotlieb was designated as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2017, 2018 and 2021 and Super Lawyer 2023, 2024 and 2025. He was also listed as "Top Lawyer" in the Boca Observer.
Attorney Gotlieb sits on the boards of the Levis JCC in Boca Raton, FL (Co-Chair of their Special Needs Department) and is a former Chair of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee C of the Florida Bar.
